About Lidiya
My name is Tias Adiyatna, and I am the father of Lidiya Safira Miyuki, our first and only daughter. She was born with cleft lip and cleft palate, which makes it difficult for her to eat, speak, and breathe normally.
Every day, our hearts ache watching her little struggles just to drink milk or try to smile like other babies. When the doctor confirmed her diagnosis after birth, we were devastated. But we know this is a test, and we must stay strong for Lidiya.
Our Journey So Far
For the past several months, our lives have revolved around hospital visits, consultations with doctors, and searching for ways to support her. We have already completed her first surgery, and we are now preparing for the second. The first and second surgeries are covered by national health insurance, similar to public health coverage programs abroad like Medicaid or NHS.
However, the ongoing costs for transportation, routine check-ups, medications, and special feeding equipment have drained our savings. Even though my wife and I work and sell goods on weekends and after hours, it's challenging to keep up.
We have borrowed from friends and family and taken out loans, but we still need support for the road ahead.
Why We Need Support
Lidiya has already undergone her first surgery (labiocheiloplasty - cleft lip repair), and we are heading toward the second (palatoplasty - cleft palate repair). After the second surgery, future procedures (such as a third or fourth surgery that may be needed as she grows) will not be covered by insurance and must be paid out-of-pocket.
This campaign is not to force or pressure anyone into donating; it's entirely voluntary. Any help is appreciated from the heart. The funds will primarily go toward:
- Accommodations during hospital stays
- Ongoing care and rehabilitation
- Special medical equipment and tools
- Routine weekly speech therapy after the second surgery
- Potential third or fourth surgeries in the future
Without adequate support, Lidiya may continue to face:
- Challenges with eating and drinking
- Risk of malnutrition and delayed growth
- Breathing difficulties
- Future speech issues
- Recurring infections
- Social and emotional challenges
Estimated Costs
The total estimated need for accommodations, care, equipment, and future surgeries is approximately USD $15,000. This includes:
- Travel and lodging during treatments
- Post-operative care and therapy
- Routine weekly speech therapy
- Medications and specialized equipment
- Future uncovered surgeries and rehabilitation
We don't have the exact total yet, but this amount will help cover the essential ongoing and future needs.
๐ A Father's Humble Request
As a father, I feel saddened that I can't provide everything my daughter needs on my own. I've tried every possible way, but today, I humbly share our story. If you feel moved to help voluntarily, it would mean the world to us.
We appreciate any support, but please know it's entirely up to you.
Details of Needs & Document Verification
For transparency, here are several documents showing the details of Lidiya's needs and medical journey (sensitive information has been censored for privacy).

How You Can Help
If you'd like to contribute voluntarily, please consider supporting Lidiya's care and future needs. Help her continue to smile without pain and grow healthily.
No amount is too small if given from the heart. Every voluntary donation brings us closer to securing her ongoing treatment.
If donating isn't possible, other ways to help include:
- Sharing this campaign on social media
- Telling Lidiya's story to friends and family
- Keeping Lidiya in your thoughts and prayers
- Helping find job opportunities or online freelance work, such as data entry, for the family
If anyone can assist with job leads or remote freelance opportunities like data input or similar tasks, please reach out. We would be very grateful.
Why I Created This Donation Page Myself
Many people have asked why I didnโt use popular charity platforms such as Give.Asia, GoFundMe, or other international fundraising websites. The reason is simple: most of these platforms do not support Indonesia or require verification methods that are unavailable in my country. Because of this limitation, itโs very difficult for Indonesian families like ours to create campaigns on those websites.
So, I decided to create this donation page myself to make it easier for anyone around the world who wants to help my baby, Lidiya Safira Miyuki, receive her much-needed cleft lip and palate surgery.
This page is personally managed by me, Tias Adiyatna, Lidiyaโs father. All donations go directly to help with Lidiyaโs medical expenses, which include accommodations, care, routine speech therapy, equipment, future surgeries, follow-up treatment, and hospital care.
I understand that some people might worry about online scams. Thatโs why Iโve included transparent information, real photos, and direct contact details below. If you need confirmation or have questions, please feel free to contact me directly:
Your kindness means the world to us. Thank you so much for helping my daughter get the smile she deserves. ๐
โจ Your Support Means Everything โจ
All funds will be used directly for Lidiya's accommodations, care, equipment, and future surgeries. We commit to transparency with regular updates.
Thank you for reading Lidiya's story and considering any voluntary help. May God bless you for your kindness. ๐
With deep gratitude and hope, Tias Adiyatna Father of Lidiya Safira Miyuki
